Payment can be made by e-transfer. Please note, credit cards and debit cards are not accepted. I offer direct billing to Alberta Blue Cross and the Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan. I am also a provider with the Physician and Family Support Program. For other insurance plans, you can submit your paid invoice to your plan for reimbursement. Plans vary in their coverage for psychology services, so please check with your plan administrator ahead of your appointment if you have questions regarding your coverage.

Cancellation and missed appointment policy: because each booked appointment represents a full hour reserved for that client and cannot easily be filled if cancelled on short notice, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment. A $100 fee applies with less than 48 hours' notice and the full session fee applies to missed (no-show) appointments, unless there was an emergency situation. Please note that insurance plans do not cover these fees.
